LOW-VOLTAGE, DUAL SPDT ANALOG SWITCH IN TINY QFN PACKAGE
SUNNYVALE, CA-June 7, 2001-Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX4695 low-voltage, dual, single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. The MAX4695 features 60 max on-resistance at +3V and comes in a tiny 3x3 12-pin QFN package, making it the smallest dual SPDT analog switch on the market. The device is intended for portable applications requiring internal and external differential microphone switching.
The MAX4695 operates from a +1.8V to +5.5V supply and is +1.8V CMOS logic compatible with a +3V supply. The part features break-before-make switching and has fast switching times of 30ns tON and 18ns tOFF with a +3V supply.
The MAX4695 is offered in the extended (-40°C to +85°C) temperature range. A 10-pin µMAX package is also available. Prices start at $0.80 (1000-up, FOB USA).
