The MAX2161/MAX2162 evaluation kits (EV kits) simplify
the testing and evaluation of the MAX2161/MAX2162
one- and three-segment ISDB-T tuners. The EV kits are
fully assembled and tested at the factory. Standard
50 SMA connectors are included on each EV kit for the inputs and outputs, allowing quick and easy evaluation
on the test bench.
This document provides a list of recommended equipment
required to evaluate the device, a straightforward
test procedure to verify functionality, a description of
the MAX2161/MAX2162 EV kit components, a schematic
diagram, and artwork for each layer of the PCB.
* Some packages have variations, listed on the drawing. "PkgCode/Variation" tells which variation the product uses. Note that "+", "#", "-" in the part number suffix describes RoHS status. Package drawings may show a different suffix character.
