DS9490B는 단일 F5 크기 iButton®을 위한 USB 브리지 겸 홀더이다. iButton은 문을 잠근 뒤에 안전하게 유지된다. iButton이 자주 변경되거나 프로브되는 애플리케이션에는 DS9490R을 권장한다. DS9490R은 1-Wire® 소켓 및 네트워크를 수용하기 위한 1-Wire RJ11 인터페이스를 갖춘 USB 브리지이다. DS1402D-DR8(Blue Dot™)은 DS9490R과 함께 사용되어 iButton PC 판독기를 생성할 수 있다. 두 가지 어댑터 모두 DS2490 USB to 1-Wire 브리지 칩에 기반한다.
