MAX4704 저전압, 4채널 아날로그 멀티플렉서는 +1.8V ~ +5.5V의 단일 전원으로 동작한다. MAX4704는 break-before-make 스위칭 방식으로 동작하며 +3V에서 tON = 60ns이고 tOFF = 20ns이다.
+2.7V의 전원이 공급될 때 이 소자의 온 저항(RON)은 최대 60Ω이고, RON 매칭은 최대 3Ω, 최대 RON 평탄도는 5Ω이다. 디지털 로직 입력은 +2.7V ~ +3.3V 전원으로 동작할 때 1.8V 로직 호환이 가능하다. MAX4704는 공간 절약형 12핀 QFN (3mm x 3mm) 패키지와 10핀 µMAX® 패키지로 제공된다.
