Definition

온도 센서. 외부 다이오드가 연결된 트랜지스터를 센서 소자로 이용하여 센서 외부 (예를 들면 회로 기판 또는 CPU의 다이)의 온도를 측정한다. 일반적으로 디지털 출력을 발생한다.
