Definition

RTD(Resistance Temperature Detector)는 중요한 온도 계수를 갖춘 소자이다 (즉, 이 소자의 저항은 온도에 따라 달라진다). 이 소자는 로우 레벨 전류를 통과시켜 전압 강하를 측정함으로써 온도 측정 소자로도 사용된다. 서미스터는 RTD의 일반적인 유형이다.
